At Doers Designs LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") we are committed to providing high-quality services and digital products. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are handled. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The exact amount will be outlined in the service agreement.
Refunds for work already completed are not available. If a project is canceled after payment but before completion, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion, minus the cost of work already performed.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (e.g., content, images) promptly. Delays in providing materials may impact project timelines but do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Payments for custom PC builds are non-refundable once parts have been ordered.
If an order is canceled before parts are purchased, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or consultation fees.
Hardware issues are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and are not eligible for refunds through Doers Designs LLC.
Monthly or annual subscriptions for maintenance or hosting services are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
If you cancel prior to the next billing period, no further charges will be incurred.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for downloaded products unless:
The product was not delivered due to a technical issue.
The product is defective or significantly different from the description.

Returns are not applicable to services provided by Doers Designs LLC. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work to resolve them.
Returns for hardware components are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer or supplier. We will assist in facilitating returns or warranty claims when possible.
Returns are not accepted for custom-built PCs after delivery unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services and products. If you are not fully satisfied, we may offer:
Revisions or adjustments to the service provided, where feasible.
Store credit or discounts toward future services or products.
Please note that refunds remain subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to provide required materials or feedback on time during the project process.
Misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications of delivered hardware or digital products.
