At Doers Designs LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all custom PC builds and products. This Shipping Policy outlines our terms and procedures for order processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [2-5 business days] after receiving payment confirmation. Processing times may vary based on the complexity of the build and availability of components.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: For orders over $1,500 within the contiguous United States.

Customers outside of the contiguous U.S. (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii) may incur additional shipping fees.


4. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only to addresses within the United States.


5. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at ian@doersdesign.com or by phone: 385.390.2020 within [7 days] of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  1. Retain all packaging and damaged items.

  2. Contact us at [email or phone] within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damage.

  3. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Local Pickup Terms

Local pickup is available by appointment at our location in Syracuse, UT. Customers will receive instructions via email once their order is ready for pickup.

Orders not picked up within 14 days> may be subject to cancellation or storage fees.
